Submitting Bug reports
Is anyone else having trouble submitting bug reports at the site?
Firstly I have a question and it may seem dumb.. In one slot they ask for "Game Account" They don't ask for registration number which I assume is the number that came with my cd? What is Game Account? Then they ask for "Play NC Account" What is this? Do I have one and if so where do I find it? Then you type out your bug report, giving as much info as you can and submit it. Then they want you to check their list for typing out a bug report which asks for screenshots, what skills you were using...practically everything except your blood type but when you try to go back to your report to add something that they wanted, you get "Page expired"!!!! The game is getting pretty buggy and I can't seem to get a bug report through! What bugs? 1) In presear Altheas Gift: you now only have to give the captain only one item and click on him again and voila! Quest over and reward given. 2) Royal Papers quest out of Stingray Strand: I did it 3 times with henchies. Twice from Fishermen's Haven and once from Sanctum Cay. Fought my way to the chest...opened it...NOTHING! 3) This one I got from a friend who said that on the way to Temple of Ages there is a wraith that uses Chain Lightning which deals 445 damage to all party members...you are toast and there is no way past him. I`m through with bug reports. I submited one about the teleporters in the Desert. When activated some show a swirly graphic in the teleporter and some don`t. They wanted me to check my minimum requirements to make sure I met them. I`ve been playing since the first E3. Either they`re suppose to make the graphic or their not, it`s not on my end.

Hey, it's their job to make sure it's a game issue and not on your end. Just answer their questions and move on, it's not like they are hard. They get hundreds of reports each day, I'm certain a large percent are from people who only barely meet the requirements and as such, think that when they don't get the fancy stuff, it's obviously a problem with the game and not an inadequacy with their hardware. Computers never get old and they upgrade themselves automagically 5 times a week, or didn't you know that?

Game account is your email address that you use for the game. I think you have to set up a NC account but don`t know as I don`t have one. Sorry for not answering the first time, got caught up in my own little rant.
